Selenite Small Bowl /8cm

Selenite, satin spar, desert rose, and gypsum flower are four varieties of the mineral gypsum; all four varieties show obvious crystalline structure. The four "crystalline" varieties of gypsum are sometimes grouped together and called selenite. Selenite is believed to be a powerful cleansing stone, removing unwanted energies in the environment and revitalising one's own Auric field. 

Selenite often contains imperfections and slight yellow discolouration. Photos are reflective of the average size, range of appearance, and weight of each piece. Each piece is unique and will differ slightly than what has been photographed.
