Shungite is very old, it is said to be around 2 billion years old. Shungite mainly focuses its energy on the Root chakra, which is believed to enhance your connection to the Earth which helps one to feel grounded.

Please be advised that Shungite is a carbon based mineral and can therefore leave traces of black residue on your clothes or skin when touched.

Please Note: Some Quartz Spheres must be kept away from direct sunlight as they are able to ignite surrounding materials due to their ability to focus sunlight in smaller points which may start fires.
