Pyrite Sphere /59mm

Pyrite, or iron pyrite is an iron sulphide. This mineral's metallic luster and pale brass-yellow hue give it a superficial resemblance to gold, hence the well-known nickname of "Fool's Gold." Pyrite is believed to stimulate intellect and the skill to recall information. Pyrite is known as a very protective stone, shielding the user from negative energy of all kinds.
Our Pyrite is from Peru.

Do not wet Pyrite as the sulphur present within pyrite reacts with water to eventually form sulphuric acid.

Please Note: Some Quartz Spheres must be kept away from direct sunlight as they are able to ignite surrounding materials due to their ability to focus sunlight in smaller points which may start fires.
