New Zealand Greenstone/ New Zealand Jade, traditionally named "Pounamu" is found within in New Zealand. Pounamu has been used by Māori to indicate mana/ status and authority. It was often gifted as a symbol of peace. New Zealand Greenstone can be used for carving Talismans which carry a spiritual significance as well as tool-making.
