This beautifully hand-carved parrot is crafted from a combination of calcite, angelite & onyx and is elegantly set upon a natural pyrite base.

Onyx has been used as a stone of protection and strength since Ancient times and is known to attract good fortune. Unlike Agate, Onyx is a variety of chalcedony that contains unique parallel-banding. Onyx aids processing and overcoming darker emotions such as grief, sorrow and mental illness. It encourages hope and positive mindsets, as well as instilling a calm effect to release the negative energies within an environment.
