Rose Quartz Gua Sha

Gua sha aims to move energy, known as qi or chi, around the body. The treatment involves using a tool to rub the skin in long strokes, applying enough pressure to create minor bruising. May include inclusions which may resemble small chips or rough areas. 

Rose Quartz is known as a "giving stone" which softens the heart and soothes the emotions. Rose Quartz is believed to be a gentle and comforting stone, particularly on children and infants.
