Ammonites were predatory, squidlike creatures that lived inside coil-shaped shells. Ammonites first appeared about 240 million years ago and they went extinct with the dinosaurs 65 million years ago.
Ammonites are strongly connected to activating the root chakra, and provides great amounts of inner strength and grounding energy for challenging phases in life.
