Orange Calcite Soapstone

You will recieve one Orange Calcite Soapstone. Each piece is unique and may appear slightly different from the one pictured above. Pieces contain natural slight pitting and cracks and may include white calcite also.

Calcite is one of the most pervasive minerals, being an important rock forming mineral in sedimentary environments. Calcite is white or transparent, though vibrant shades of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet, brown or even black occur when the mineral is charged with impurities. Calcite may occasionally show phosphorescence or fluorescence. Calcite is believed to reduce stress, lessen fear and cleanse negative energies. Considered a stone of wisdom with grounding energies, Calcite is often used in meditation for astral travel and channeling.
